Drove 40 minutes to get something for my mom for Mother's Day. Every source says "opens at 11:00". Get there at 11:05, not open. Knock on door, nothing. Attached photo is on front door. Paid to park, walked two blocks. How can I give you more than one star if I cannot even get in the front door. I guess I'll add that it looked nice through the window.

Great little gift shop tucked away on a side street. The building is historic, the goods are decorative, cute and different. And the staff is friendly and welcoming - well worth a trip! And to make it even better, a portion of the proceeds go towards a good cause.

Beautiful selection of items for all . Bought a beautiful lamp with cardinal on it. Loved it till it was accidentally broken. Advise many to visit this store.

This place is a diamond in the rough, perfect place to find small, unique gifts and curios with an always-friendly and helpful staff. Prices vary but are generally a steal for what you can find. Parking shouldn’t be an issue either - it is close to the garage and several lots.

Parking is very easy with the house being located within walking distance of the Fayette street parking lot. The house is beautiful and has a sign just outside giving the history of the house. The interior is very full, but not over the top. All of the merchandise is organized very pleasantly, with a lot of it gathered together by like colors. A large variety of good items for gifts and items for around your own home. The two ladies on staff were very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in the door. Prices were not bad either, for the quality you're getting.

I love the Old Stone House! The volunteer employees are always so kind & helpful! It's a great place to buy a gift for someone or something for yourself! They have an awesome wooden WV ornament I like to buy as a gift for friends. Plus, they donate to charities! Amazing!

Always stop here during the Christmas season. This is where the SPruce Street United Methodist church began in the 1800s. This is a 3 room gift shop maintained in downtown Morgantown on Chestnut Street. It sells nice ornaments, puzzles, local area made items, new and used books, some food items , and even some decorative glassware. Prices are inexpensive to moderate. The local Morgantown Service league staffs this shop all on volunteer basis. It is opened during the week and on weekends most of the year but limited hours. The first weekend of November is there open house. They serve cookies and spiced tea. If you ever come to Morgantown stop and see this cute gift shop and piece of history located downtown adjacent to the courthouse and PRT station.

Be sure to take some time to read about and learn the history of this wonderful stone house, while looking at the many wonderful gift and keepsake items they have to sell. Their prices are very reasonable, and it's a not-for-profit so all money is collected for charities in the area. Some very unique, high-quality and beautiful items.
