I am a rat owner and one of my rats had an oral tumor that was hindering him eating and making his teeth continue to grown. I called everywhere to see if someone could trim his teeth and they said yes!
Everyone was so sweet towards my feisty guy.
Two months later, my poor rat passed and I called the day before to have him euthanized but he didn’t make it through the night. The ladies at the desk the next day were so kind and understanding when I brought him in to be cremated.
They are so compassionate and I recommend them truly

I badly need a Vet that has basic standards.
We had booked an appointment online, and we had questions before we came in. Couldn't get a single person on the phone before our appointment, Called several times and couldn't get anyone to answer so we canceled and found a different Vet.
Others in the reviews have had the same exact problem. If a company can't answer their phone, a very basic business process, then I am not trusting them with my animals ?♂️

Incredibly kind staff who managed to squeeze me in despite a scheduling mishap on my end. Dr. Estep was so sweet to my Ellie gal and gave excellent advice for her care plan moving forward. Affordable and excellent service!

Absolutely the best Vet Services we have ever received. They have been taking care of our animals for years. Unfortunately there will come a time when our pets reach the end of there lives with us. The staff did everything they could possibly do for our Cat Greyson. I cancelled twice to have him put down because I couldn't do it and they were so patient with me. They told me when I was ready to just come in and don't worry about an appointment. A few days later that's what I did. They have a special room for this to take place. The comfort of the animal and the Owners are put at the highest concern. The staff was tremendously compassionate during this process, crying right along with you. There was a back door to slip out through so you don't have to see anyone in the lobby and they don't expect you to pay right afterwards which I have to say was exactly what I needed at the time. We called the next day and settled up. Thank you guys!

I don't get a sense of compassion from these people at all! I drove half way to their facility, after they already said to come in, just to be called saying not to even bother. I need help, for the safety and well being of my 5 dogs. It is the weekend, probably too much of an inconvenience for the vet to do their job, a service they actually provide. Thanks for nothing!

They refused to give our dog an necropsy when we suspected that he was poisoned by a neighbor. They wouldn't give a reason they just said that it was Dr discretion. Even though I pleaded with them because I was concerned with the safety of our other 5 dogs. I do not recommend! They obviously do not care about the life and safety of animals!

This was our first visit to Paw Prints. Alena, my six year old Shiba Inu is extremely anxious when leaving the house. She had ran into a metal fence and cut her face and definitely was not feeling well and that added to her stress. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how well she did. From the time we walked in the door everyone was so friendly and helpful. The waiting room had plenty of seating and we were called back promptly. The vet tech and Dr Holt were both wonderful with Alena. She received excellent care and is already feeling much better and running around playing with her brother Asher.

I was having some major issues with my ferret and they got me in the same day to be seen. The staff was super nice and the doctor was down to earth and answered all of my questions. Her assistant was also super nice and explained the medicines and dosages to me very clearly.

Was seen by a female vet who’s name was not on any of the paperwork. She was extremely unhelpful and gave a “what do you think we should do” attitude when telling her the symptoms my 19 year old cat was having. Felt like she was trying to sell me things instead of advising what she felt like was wrong and what he actually might need. Had to ask question after question as I gave her symptoms which she barely advised on unless I asked if it was normal. At one point the nurse/vet assistant was giving me the breakdown of procedures even though the vet was standing right beside her? The nurse that check us in was not much better as she tried to dump my cat out of his crate like she was pouring a bowl of cereal. I had to put the crate back down on the table and explain he was very old/deaf and would just come out if you reach in for him. The nurse towards the end quickly walked in and put him back in the crate as fast as she could after taking him in the back. She then told me I could check out at the desk and briskly walked out. I had to stop her as she was halfway out the door to even ask if he got the shot he was suppose to get. She quickly said “yep he did” and shut the door. They were suppose to come in with a updated breakdown of a bloodwork panel, but I was forced to be given a guess by the front desk. I have been coming to paw prints for ten years and it wasn’t what it was. I would suggest only seeing Seiler as he has always taken extraordinary care of any pet I have had past and present.

We are very thankful to have found Paw Prints after some bad experiences with another vet office in the area. We have a rabbit and so we have to take him to an exotic animal vet. Dr. Wilfong has been great! The staff is amazing, very kind and compassionate. The waiting area is clean and well-maintained, and the check-in and check-out process is very organized and professional. Would recommend Paw Prints to anyone.

The dog in the photo goes by the name peaches, my grandmothers dog. She had an appointment to get fixed, her stitches were done very poorly. She ended up getting an infection, she had pus coming out, and was also vomiting. We had to take her back a few days later, it ended up being too late. The infection from the stitches killed her. She died August 29th 2024, as a child there's not much I can do. I will say though, that this place needs to be sued, the vet that did the stitches is inhumane and they need to be fired! Not even a week before, my older step sister had brought her dog in for stitches, the dog goes by the name Anastasia. The stitches were also poorly done and she now has an infection as well, she has been on an antihistamine for the infection. If the situation went without notice, we would be yet morning another loss. This needs to be dealt with at once, and if you even think about getting your female, dog fixed here. I wouldn't chance it! Cheat Lake I would recommend is way more caring and professional than what this vet did to these two sweet animals!

It was our first visit and we were very impressed. Thanks Dr Seiler.
