I felt very comfortable with leaving my dog in her care. She is very personable and good with the dogs and is also very well priced. Will definitely be our go to groomer from now on!

Proposed surgery and even blocked off a day incase we decided to do it. Quick and nice staff, very cute bird in the waiting room. They actually examine the animals in front of you rather than taking them in to a different room so you actually know what’s being done to your animal and know they actually looked at them.

My dog is temperamental, and high maintenance. When I dropped her off she went with Jack like it was nothing!!! She is 9 years old and spoiled ! A week later when we picked her up she didn’t know us right away. They don’t mix the dogs which I love!! Each dog gets his own play yard!! We highly recommend this place !!!! 10 plus stars!!!

The staff and owner at Brownie's really pay attention to each pets individual needs. Just one conversation with any of them is all you really need to know you are dealing with true animal lovers and that your pet is in good hands. I especially love checking in on their social media to see what our dog is up to while we are away. However, I think the biggest testament to this business is the fact that our dog gets super excited when we pull into the driveway and runs into the building ready for a week at "camp."

They just had not set it out yet, which made it hard to make a decision without seeing things. I wanted a piece of quiche and was told there was none, so I ordered a bagel. It was a bagel. Nothing exciting like quiche, sadly. I also wanted one of their specials but they didn't have cold brew made yet so I had to make another substitute. I want to give this place another chance because I have heard nothing but good things but I'm thinking coming in first thing on a Monday was a bad decision because they didn't seem prepared.

I was just starting out college in a new town, and missed my cats back home. i stumbled across Diego on Facebook and fell in love with the sparkle in his eyes. He is my best friend, my everything. I found my soulmate at a small shelter in West virginia, what a sweet coincidence. I am now graduated, and he lives back home with me, along with 3 cat friends! Thank you to the lovely staff as well, your efforts do not go unnoticed!!
