When one of our kids had a series of medication reactions Rachel was extremely reassuring, she checked out the rash and gave us recommendations that helped us solve a medication mystery.”
“I found myself one late Tuesday afternoon, heading to Morgantown. As it sometimes happens, I blew a tire - a bad scene since I had both time and distance constraints on me. The good folks at SAM's got me squared away at the end of their day and saved me from further damage as another one of the tires was also in bad shape. I hit something, maybe some construction material that damaged both tires. Excellent work from the afternoon crew at Sam's!!!”

“Mid afternoon today I was in checkout and the cashier name tag identifies as Emma finished checking gentleman in front of me and started my order when she noticed he had left his wallet laying on the bagging area. Emma immediately excused herself and went running after him calling out sir, sir and caught him and gave him his wallet. I thanked her for her honesty and making sure she caught him. If GE has a merit program this young lady definitely deserves the recognition. Don’t see much of that in today’s young people. Kudos to Emma”

“I highly recommend Walmart Optical at 75 Retail Drive. I scheduled an appointment at Spectrum Optical as my glasses had broken, and I needed a lens upgrade. The doctor at Spectrum didn't even examine my eyes for lenses, he said I needed cataract surgery. He referred me to Regional Eye Associates. At least REA listened to me and wrote me a lens prescription. BOTH REA and Spectrum let me walk out with broken glasses and weak lenses. When I arrived at Walmart Optical (a full month and a half after my first appointment at Spectrum); Abby was incredible helpful in picking out proper frames. She took one look at my glasses and said "Would you like me to fix them? It will only take a sec." And it did. Plus the cost was a third of what frames were at Spectrum. I highly recommend Abby at Walmart Optical 75 Retail Drive, Mgtn., WV. She went above and beyond in service and competence. So refreshing after the poor service at Spectrum and REA. And of course I had to pay for 2 expensive eye exams at Spectrum and REA. Spectrum should refund me the cost of that examination, as they failed in their job - MAJORLY.”

Always attentively! Downtown store has no drive thru for pharmacy, but I wouldn't go anywhere else because of service.”

“Saved me over $800 for my one prescription. New Rx for eliquis and the coupon card was not being accepted. Also, I had 2 Rxs, a loading dose and then maintenance. The way the coupons work is confusing! And I am a pharmacist myself. The kroger pharmacist downloaded a second eliquis coupon, a different kind, and got everything covered for $10. Kroger pharmacists take the time to figure it out!”

The pharmacy is kept very clean and everything is stocked. The parking lot has plenty of space and was also clean. There wasn't any wait to checkout which made for a great quick visit.”

“This is an amazing pharmacy. I've never put much thought into my pharmacy (besides a personal preference of supporting small businesses) but they are better than your average CVS or Walgreens. They went above and beyond advocating for me when my psychiatry office was taking over a week to get me refills on a medication I need to function daily. They helped in every way they could and were obviously very frustrated on my behalf (thank you Kinsleigh for being so compassionate and empathetic and for calling my psych office so many times). This pharmacy offers a personal touch of compassion that's worth driving a few miles past whatever chain pharmacy you're near because if you're ever in a situation like mine they will be there to help you however they can.
