The company makes it impossible to set up autopsy for an amount high enough to pay off your product w/in 6months. When I called in to make an extra payment in order to pay it off in time to get the same as cash price, the employee arranged the payment to be 6$ short. (They excluded the taxes and fees that come out w each payment) so when the 6 months was up they continued to charge my account almost 500$ more. I’ll never see that money again. And even though I coauthor it before they got the full 1200$, I was put I. A situation where I was pawning things to live for two months because I couldn’t understand where my money was going. I never dreamed that they would have screwed me over like that. They made 500$ off a 6$ scam. Don’t trust them.

Ordered a couch online back on September 9. It was supposed to be delivered on Sept 16. We got no contact from anyone about it or anything I waited until Sept 19 to contact just in case they were behind. My agreement said it was from the Sabraton store but when I called the guy was no help and told me to call Westover hey got it straightened out and I had thecouch 2 weeks later. Everything was good for about a month . Something happened with my card and my auto pay didn't go through correctly. Payment was to go out on Saturday after my payday they started calling me non stop leaving over 26 voicemails a day from different workers between 10am and 7pm (I work these hours and usually can't answer). I explained through text to Ashley that I would have it taken care of on my next pay date she said a note would be put on my account and that yard yard. Calls stopped for a day next day I start getting calls again and this time I was able to answer and spoke to I believe Richard that I had spoken to someone about it through text and they said it was fine he said he had no record of that but he would add a note on the account. When I spoke to Ashley I let her know that I could pay it on the Following Wednesday at roughly 6pm because my check doesn't hit my account until then. I received non-stop calls until Wednesday and then I get a text from Ashley the Tuesday before I i was able to fix the issue stating that I needed to call and schedule a return even though it wasn't even the date I told her I would be able to fix it. I ended up having them come pick it up. There is no communication with in the store. They ripped the couch when they delivered it and said that it was no big deal because you couldn't see it. I mean I get my payment was not on time but I tried to rectify the situation and they still harassed me relentlessly. Theses stores are being ran by people who just are not capable to do so. They lost a customer that day because of the total lack of communication. Will not be using them again.

Awful!!! Took my bed rail said they didn't! Brought bed without footboard. Changed bed I waited and waited they just show up without notice only to find out they had to take my whole bed set in order to get the new bed because what I had was a set I wasn't informed of that I was under the impression I could just swap out beds. Seems there is not enough help and lack of communication and I'm still not happy to say the least!

Got a bed and massage chair from this location. Called to ask about 2 full platform beds and was told by manager she would look into it and call me back. 3 days later when I never heard from her, I went into the store I was treated so badly and told her to have someone come get the chair. I Have been a customer for 20+ years and will NEVER get anything from them again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and more of a Peytons place than it ever was before. District manager has no confidentiality I called and he went up there according to the manager and told them everything that we discussed.Will NEVER do business with them again

I don't normally write reviews however we worked with a wonderful salesman, Maxwell. He was very educated about the products. The availability and was very upfront with us about what we could expect. Normally don't use this type of rental service, but we are looking to furnish an apartment for our son who is going to college and not certain that we'll need it for an extended amount of time. We do appreciate all the help!

I’m the beginning everything was good the lady that help us was very nice. She told my husband and I that the earliest that she can get my sectional delivered was Saturday 10/15 between 3-5. But when it came to 5 no one show no one call. I’ll call the show the manager was very rude. Once I told him that the lady told me Saturday 10/15. He refused to deliver the furniture. Talking 10/29 is when he deliver. We have got rid of our old couch cause we was told 10/15 now we have no couch and I have family coming from out of town and he can’t even deliver to me before this weekend all cause his employee said one thing and he said another very very unprofessional. I’m contacting corporate on Monday. Cause This a very inconvenient.
