Had a reservation for a truck but no one was there when I got there ended up going to another uhaul location. They also don't answer the phone. I called uhaul and they apologized and tried to reach them too with no luck.

Nothing.i rented a unit for about 6 months only to come in one day to all my stuff missing. Turns out the employee who rented it to me was pocketing the rent money and according to them I wasn't paying my rent. Granted if I wasn't paying rent you would think they would attempt to contact me before stealing my stuff, I know they didn't attempt to get ahold of cause an employee I know has known where I lived since I was a baby. I was texting the owner (Nathan wolfe) and he pretty much was no help at all and, said to sew him. He so owns landscapes plus and 1 other rip off business. Stay away from Richard mini storage. Bunch of thievery going on. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented a storage unit on July18, 2015, and moved furniture into the unit that I had purchased that day and secured the unit with a key pad lock. Three days later I returned to add additional items into the unit, upon entering the building and approaching the unit I had rented, I see that the unit is open and my furniture was gone. There was no sign of my lock either. I immediately went to the office to report the theft. The employee asked my name and unit #, then stated "well you declined the insurance, right? I said yes, you have insurance and you need an access code to even get into the building so I didn't think I needed insurance my furniture was only going to be in there for two weeks. I was told by that employee that someone would have to had a large grinder or device, like that (this person pointed at a drill like power tool with a grinding blade) enable to brake and remove my lock. I asked “you have video surveillance right? She said yes. I stated then the video will show me moving the furniture into the building and what it looked like, and the video would also show whoever stole it, carrying it out. This person stated yes, I will have to call the owners and then call you back and let you know. The next day I received a voice mail from that employee informing me that the owners were in the process of installing new video equipment and the old system was disconnected and no surveillance footage was taken. At no time, when I rented the unit or at any time those three days was I informed or made aware of that there was no 24 hour video surveillance. And for days I have called the office left messages and not only do they not answer the phone as there voicemail states they do, they do not return messages either. If you know anyone who rents a unit here, please let them know!

This place is horrible. All of our stuff was completely ruined, because rats chewed a whole into our unit. They chewed all of our stuff up, urinated and pooped on everything, and what a surprise to find 3 huge sewer rats dead in our belongings. We paid $105 a month to have our stuff destroyed. These units are cheaply maid out of plywood. The response from the managers was pretty much oh well tough luck, not our problem. Please pay the extra few bucks and go to a different storage facility.
