The unit directed me to enter then to leave without washing the vehicle. No phone number for attendant. Just out the money with no car wash. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If you like spending $12 and still having to wash your car once you get home, look no further. My car got cleaner during a rain storm. Definitely won't be waiting my money on this auto car wash again.

Great car was other than vacuums do not work or would have given 5 stars. 7ft 8inches is the tallest bay so some trucks may not fit. Fairly narrow for trucks with wide wheels

Absolute garbage. Brushes only clean car on 90° so at the top of the doors the brushes don’t even make contact because ALL cars are made aerodynamic and doors curve inward.Also my rims still visibly had dirt all over them. This car wash is an absolute waste of money

Well, I just wasted $13. My car still has huge swaths of visible dirt covering it after going through this car wash, so that's great. Where can I get a refund?

Waste of money. My car was still visibly dirty and now has streaks. My outdoor cat's paw prints weren't even washed off. Would not recommend.

Attempted to get my car washed on 12/26. The first bay said “Credit Card Only” I tried multiple times with 2 different cards - card reader error. Moved over to the next bay - card still did not work. Selected $10 car wash. Door opened, pulled in. Pretreatment applied then the door opened, the car wash stopped and I was done. Don’t plan to use this car wash again!
