I had a crack in my windshield and they fixed it within 20 minutes. Everyone there was very friendly and explained everything well (warranty, etc) 10/10 experience.

I had a very positive experience with Tucker as my technician. I had a small chip in my windshield and he was able to come out the day of to my apartment to make a repair. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had my Jetta windshield replaced by them. They left glass all through the vehicle when they were done. They also damaged the paint around the windshield. Use anyone else.

They replaced my windshield and it is leaking moisture and trying to contact someone thru satellite is impossible ! I will nvt go thru satellite in Morgantown town or in general !

The man at the front desk could definitely work on his customer service skills. His attitude made me feel so uncomfortable, and he came off as a jerk. Even when my husband went in at a different time, he stated the same that he is rude. I said I agree." I said, "For giving almost $400, you think you would be treated with respect." We all have bad days, but as a GM myself, you always have to have customer service skills.Unless that man's attitude and custom service skills improve, we won't be back.

Absolutely horrible. This is the 4TH! 4th try to order the correct window for my 2022 Mercedes. Then today, on my way to my appointment, I call to verify the window is right and there. Surprise… not there and no one even called to let me know it’s not there. Once again, 4 times that I’ve wasted my time. Never again will I go to this location or use safelite. Worst experience ever. Also, Scott told me he checked the previous time, (3rd time) to say the part is correct for me to take off work, drive up, and it still not be right. Never again. I will go out of state before I recommend this location or use their services.

Three weeks and still have a broken windshield: I was hesitant to use Safelite versus going to the car dealer, but they assured me they could use OEM parts on the replacement. When I called to schedule the first appointment, the guy on the phone said things that made it sound like he wasn't talking about my car model. I gave him the VIN and everything. A week later a technician arrived at my house, looked at my car and informed me he had the incorrect part. Further, I was informed that my windshield could not be replaced at my residence and I would have to drive to their facility. It took another week for them to order a windshield. I had to take an afternoon off work to go to their facility and when they went to verify they had the correct part, they dropped the windshield and broke it. The worker rudely tossed my keys back to my and I let them know I would not be returning.

They were so easy to deal with even with insurance. They did everything for me. My tech Jessie took my vehicle in right away and said it would be about an hour. He was done in 40 minutes. Beautiful work.

Welcoming staff and quality service. There was a slight delay in the completion but it was due to a software issue from the headquarters for the recalibration of the sensors. Overall well done.

Friendly staff, nice waiting area. I arrived early and they were able to start work right away. I had a small chip in my windshield and the technician (I believe the business card I received says Jesse) completed the work in about 30 minutes and explained everything clearly. My insurance paid for it so I was not charged. I'm satisfied.

Great A+++ customer service and great human beings. Got my windshield replace on 2019 forester and my 2013 g37 had a leak. I thought it was the windshield, but these guys said it wasn’t but ran a diagnostics test on it, turned out to be my sunroof plug was clog. These guys took their time and fixed it for me. And best of all when came time, I ask them how much? They said FREE! I don’t even remember the last time I got extra sauce for free. Anyway, they save me easily $300 if I took it to the stealership. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much guys!!!
