Went in looking for leave-in conditioner and the woman at the counter showed me other items that were on sale on a display at the front door. Looked at the price and the sign said 20% off. Added it to my purchase and it did not ring up at that price, which I pointed out. She proceeded to tell me that that particular item should not have been on the display, just the smaller version of it and said all the price tags were switched around. Couldn’t honor the price so I said to take it off my purchase. She showed me the display, I picked up the item that was on it and then the price isn’t honored because they didn’t have their product displayed or labeled properly? Not right. The price should have be honored.

Found what I needed, but YIKES about the woman working in there. I walked in and was “greeted” but overheard the cashier speaking to her partner and said “it’s a random Thursday, why are we so busy” in a horrible tone with a customer right in front of her. She was supposed to be helping the customer with something (I think a return?) and was giving her attitude the entire time. The customer got fed up and left. I heard the employee say “I wasn’t that mean was I?” Clearly she knew she was being an issue. She then walked around and asked what she can help with and when I said nothing she gave me a nasty look. By the time it was time to check out, she asked if I needed gloves or anything (I bought toner) and when I said no she had an attitude “mmm ok then”. She judged customers’ online orders in front of everyone too. Just overall a very unwelcome, uncomfortable feeling in there and I wish I would’ve just walked out when she complained about it being “SO busy” in there when there were only 2 people.

I came in early on 9/9/20 around 11am completely nervous because I've never highlighted my hair before. I'm used to paying $150-$180 to get my hair done at a salon. The workers showed me exactly what I needed without trying to sell me the most expensive products. They gave me tips for highlighting myself and walked me through everything, genuinely caring. My hair turned out great and I'm beyond happy. Thank you for saving me over $100, ladies!
