Food was fine, but don't stop here if you don't have 30+minutes to wait. Ordered online for a couple of MTO drinks, went to pick it up and had to wait for 20 minutes in store.
I would understand stand if they were busy, but there were only 3 orders on the screen

They are super slow and all i ordered was a hotdog. do not recommend if you are wanting a quick bite to eat late at night.

12-5-2025 I was in the area downtown Morgantown last night around 1 AM and had a very awful disrespectful rude encounter with the midnight shift supervisor “Alax” with the multi colored hair and facial piercings and I ordered the chicken shnack wraps I went to the counter to request more boom boom sauce because it is not a option on the MTO screen and he did not even acknowledge me like I was a human being all I got was a very mean rude look and I felt he stared right into my soul I will be taking my business elsewhere this behavior is noticed and it’s not okay because I saw him being rude to the other customers as well :) I would like to speak to manager that is apart of “sheetz 575” :)

Way understaffed on a Saturday night and the manager had no intrest or care to even acknowledge or fix the issue. Waited for an hour on 2 doordash orders (3 items a piece) all food. Really just one order, bc the other one was ready and sat there behind the counter until the finally got the one order done, 25 min after they told me they had someone dedicated to my order and it would take 7 or 8 min. The kid that was trying to help out was friendly enough but had to check the order 4 times and who knows if it was right when they put it in the bag. By the time time they got the one I was waiting for done, the other order behind the counter was ice cold. Just unfathomable how terrible the customer service was from management. Get it together Sheetz, 3 people on a Saturday night is asinine for as busy as that sheetz gets when the barset out.
