Shaheerah and Denise were amazingly informative! Shaheerah assisted is with choosing the perfect bed for us! She was sweet, very patient, and highly knowledgeable about the various sleep options. We were very pleased with our experience at Sleep Number!! Denisse was our Salesperson and she was outstanding - personable, with excellent product knowledge and great demonstration skills. She was dynamic and met all of our needs! Denisse provided an outstanding experience in my second Sleep Number Bed purchase from her over the course of a year. She is very personable and dedicated to helping her customers obtain the right bed for their needs. John in the Morgantown WV store was very friendly and helpful. He demonstrated and told us about all the different beds, was very knowledgeable, and never once pressured us. It was an overall positive experience.
