My first experience in this store last night on Thursday the 24 2024 wasn't a great encounter I was denied a purchase due to I didn't have an ID, but before people will see this as being a norm, I need to bring up an important fact that I was informed the guy working who denied me has scanned his own ID for individuals who were friends of his under the age of 21, right now I'm going through the process of trying to get identification corrected because I am an intersexed female so it has been a process through the system I'm working through that I'm finally fighting to obtain correctly, clearly he could see I was of age beyond the legal limit, but he still denied me after being polite and casual to him, I was very friendly, I left the store disappointed I won't return here because how I feel is there are 100s of jobs available, but there isn't enough kindness and friendliness or understanding available, I feel if he can scan his own ID for others under the legal age who he knows is a personal favor that isn't fair to others of age that several people said he has done under the age of 21, while he had no hesitation telling me no most people might think this is good and part of policy, but I take offense because some people have to fight the system to get their identification corrected, that sorta behavior chased away someone who would have become a regular customer who is definitely above the legal age. There is no point to return here if It's that strict and unfair, especially if there is truth in what I've heard about the employee doing favors for people he knows.

I left feeling better then I walked in. All the employees were very welcoming and helpful. They were extremely nice when I was struggling to choose a glass piece that fit me. Highly recommend!!

Awesome place. All the staff are very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Great prices with a lot of discounts too. They also do variety of raffle contests to have a chance to win store credit. I highly recommend this business.

I am that type of person that does not leave reviews but this place is noteworthy and I would highly suggest it. I have been here multiple times over the last few years and the staff are absolutely awesome! Helpful, courteous, professional, polite and pleasant. That's hard to find nowadays. They all genuinely act like they want to be there. The store carries a impressive variety of products and can't beat the price either. If anyone was looking for a place to go I would suggest this 100%. Someone is definitely doing something right kudos to the owners!

Great customer service ! Stopped in at your high street location today and received great customer service yet again! The reason I'm leaving another review for this particular location is the sales associate Stephan mentioned he works at this location primarily and I wanted to give him a shout out for being awesome! This is the smoke shop to go to if customer service and good deals are important to you !!! I will be back ! THANK YOU!
