Save your time and go to any other Starbucks. Employee with red hair is rude every single time I am there. I asked for a pour over in the drive thru and they made a whole pot of brewed coffee in a carafe instead. The coffee was absolutely awful. I went in to get it fixed and they told me it was out of the carafe. Which isn’t even what I asked for!! A single pour over is what I asked for. Woman with red hair proceeded to tell me she knew what a pour over was, but then why not make it correctly? Went in today again and asked for a pour over with siren blend. Not only did they take over 20 minutes to make it, a different female employee steamed the milk and let it sit there while taking care of customers. When I asked her to remake the milk because I wanted foam, instead of dumping it out, she just re-steamed the same milk!! Talk about burnt. Nasty pour over. Asked for refund. A 98 billon dollar company can’t train and hires employees that should not be in customer service.

We have been and will continue coming to this location every time we are in Morgantown. It’s a general understanding mistakes happen, however we have had maybe 1 mediocre experience out of the 1000+ visits over the years. Today was fantastic as usual. Great drinks, friendly baristas, and our kids always love the cake pops!

We went thru the DT. The lady that took our order seemed to be very knowledgeable, if asked questions. She was polite, nice, knew her job well!

I'm not sure if I have ever been drawn to review a Starbucks, but it had been a while since I felt that Starbucks community vibe. Until today. I'm usually running through the drive-thru or grabbing a mobile order and running out the door. Just felt different today. Like home. Thank you!

Went inside to wait for my drink before picking it up and overheard one of the Baristas making fun of my drink order to her co-workers. This made me very uncomfortable and I don't want to place orders here anymore.

Nice, clean Starbucks. Drive through line moves fairly quickly and the employee who took my order was super nice.

We stopped there April 4th and the place is temporarily closed. Looks somewhat temporary but looks like it has been closed for a while

The drive thru was busy so I decided to go inside. I’m the only one at the counter. Was never acknowledged, spoken to or was told it would be a minute. Totally ignored. Will never go back to this one

The drive through wasn’t as busy as it normally is at this time. I can’t help but say I like the Vanilla Bean Frap but it is pricey.
