Went to get a standard oil change and to fix the trim piece that they cut too much of when installing the hitch. I later noticed that my dashcam was unplugged so I went back through the footage to see what happened and I saw a service member unplugging it. It was a couple weeks before I noticed thankfully nothing happened where I would have needed footage. I called them to understand why they are touching my personal belongings I was told a manager would call me back, never happened. They also never seem to fill the windshield washer fluid which is usually standard with oil changes. Very disappointed that I didn’t receive a call back. Also the trim piece for the hitch seems like their solution was to only glue it back on so I wonder how long that will last. Plus they only glued one side so it looks a bit uneven. I would explore other options before going here especially if you have a dashcam. Why unplug it, do you have something to hide!?
Update: reached out to Michael via email like asked to do so. He never responded. Followed up 3 times. Concerns will not be addressed at this service location what a joke. I also got to looking under my hood and noticed my coolant wasn’t filled up either it’s on low. So I doubt they even do a full inspection at this location like they say they do.

Went in for my 1 year service. The service department seemed a little backed up. No big deal. We went to the waiting room where I planned on getting a nice cup of coffee but found that there was no regular just plain coffee. There was a really big section of gourmet coffee but no just plain coffee. Then when they told me my car was ready, they said the bill was $99.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them that I had bought a 3 year package. So after looking up they found it. They told me they will email my paperwork on what was done but have not received it yet. I will call on Monday.

I waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 8:30, and my car wasn't ready until after 10:00. This past week I talked with two friends who had similar experiences--long wait even with routine service and a confirmed appointment time. I expected timely service.

Immoral business practices - Don't trust them!!
April 20, 2024 the check engine light on my 2020 subaru forester came on. I went to autozone, had them read the code, and researched the issue. From what I learned, I figured it was the Thermo Control Valve, which is covered under my powertrain warranty. I called the Subaru Morgantown service department and made an appointment for April 24, 2024. I asked them to check out the check engine light and told them I thought it was the thermo control valve and it should be covered under my powertrain warranty. I also asked them to put an inspection sticker on my car. I leave my car there and go home. I get a call from them approximately 3 hours later quoting me over $3,000 for the work that needed to be done. I asked them what the issue was and they confirmed it was the thermo control valve. I reminded them this was covered under the warranty and they said “oh, I forgot, let me adjust that total for you.” They then came back quoting me over $400 to get new back brakes and rotors on my car. They said it was metal on metal, a safety hazard, and they were going to fail my car for the inspection if I did not allow them to do this work. I explained that I am able to replace my own brakes and rotors and instructed them to not do the work. I said if they thought it was necessary to fail my car for inspection, they could do what they see fit. Approximately another 2 hours later I get another call letting me know my car is ready and I can come pick it up. They notified me over the phone that they went ahead and put an inspection sticker on my car “to be nice.” When I arrived to pick up my car, the man at the service desk informed me that he “could tell [I] was mad over the phone so [he] told the mechanics to go ahead and put a sticker on it, but [I] really need to put brakes on my car.” I get home and a few days later go to replace my brakes and rotors, to find them in perfect working condition. I was not in need of brakes and this dealership was trying to scam me out of money. I am a woman who is knowledgeable about cars, but if I would have known less, they could have easily swindled me out of money. Be careful getting service done here, be aware and do not trust their word! I am highly disappointed!!

The customer service is AMAZING - such a kind group of caring individuals. The fact that they offer shuttle service while your car is being worked on is incredibly helpful for me and my busy schedule. I am grateful for their team!
