U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers a range of moving solutions, including truck, trailer, cargo van, and pick-up truck rentals for local or one-way moves. They also provide shipping boxes, moving supplies, and U-Box containers through online reservations. While the staff is described as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, the app and additional charges for insurance, after-hours returns, and other fees can make the overall experience confusing and more expensive than initially expected. The trucks are reported to be in varying conditions, but generally functional. Overall, the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer provides a convenient and accessible option for customers' moving needs, with a focus on customer service.
Renting through the U-Haul app was easy and straightforward. Checked in ahead of time and truck was ready and clean when I arrived. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. Will always rent from this location in the future.
