Have been a customer with a postal box here for nearly 10 years. Went today with a QR code to return an Amazon package. Needed a piece of tape to secure envelope and they wouldn’t help unless we bought an entire roll of packing tape. Had to leave with package not shipped back. Terrible customer service from rude employee.
