Location is severely understaffed. The workers are overwhelmed and seem miserable, and I don't blame them one bit. Quality of service at this location has severely declined since new management came on board. Unsent packages in the corner stacked high. I would advise against taking your packages here.

Absolutely horrible there is about 5,000 packages inside of the store clearly there is not enough staff, I have a PO box that has not had mail in it for a week at this point. I have no idea what's going on but I sat for an hour just to watch and there's routinely 30 to 40 people needing help with their packages there needs to be more staff I don't understand why it's that complicated and I really would just like to know where my mail is

Gaby was great! Even though the store was very busy and packages were piled up halfway to the ceiling, she still took the time to help me with every little detail. I’ve never had any UPS worker help me like she did.

It used to be a very friendly and an efficient place with barely few people waiting, now the minimum is 7-10 people standing and waiting for service and the store it self is a mess, many opened boxes on the ground and a lot of parcels to be labeled and organized. I miss the old place :(

45 minute drive to this UPS store only to have one person waiting on customers. The customer at the desk has 20 envelopes that has to be indivdually entered causing a line of 15 other customers to wait an exorbitant amount of time. The other worker is packing boxes any cannot wait on customers. Unbelievably frustrating visit.

This store has recently declined steeply in their customer service and efficiency since going under new ownership. I used to look forward to going there because they were always super helpful. Unfortunately, none of those folks are there anymore.

if they are advertised to close at 6 PM, they should close until 6 PM. Not 10 till, not 5 till and run up and lock the door as i pull up and ignore me when i walk up and try to wave.do better1/19/24says they are open online. drive here and they hung up a sign saying they are closed due to “bad weather” but all roads and their lot is clear ?♂️do better

Staff is friendly and helpful. Amazon returns are a breeze here. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They offer PO Boxes and passport photos as well.

Do NOT get passport photos here. The photos came back unacceptable and we had to get new photos from elsewhere. No refund or exchange was given even though it was completely their fault. Horrible experience, go somewhere else to get this done

This is an incredibly friendly, helpful (they even hold the door!), knowledgeable and efficient UPS store. They are always so nice and get you in and out in a jiffy! Even at the holidays, when people are coming and going at a rapid pace, there is little waiting time. But it is the PEOPLE SKILLS that really gets me! They are so nice and act like you are the only customer in the store! Fabulous place! Awesome work culture! Congratulations!
