The customer service was top notch. My daughter found a lot of clothing she loved, the store was clean and very well organized. Everything was labeled and arranged by size and color. Overall pleasant shopping experience for a lady who does NOT enjoy shopping. We will certainly be back & I definitely recommend to others. The prices were right for me, quality brands for a decent price.

I dropped off clothes that I tool time washinf sewing buttons on and ironing them so they were clean. I took them in a bin all folded nicely. I wicked up the items they did not want. I got them out and this is what they look like. They were literally in a ball and a wrinkle mess. I called and was told that they get busy. No excuse. Fold them like you received them. Don't waste your time on them.

This location was the best Uptown Cheapskate location I've been to, namely due to the fact that the woman supervising the clothes buying was very professional, as well as friendly. Will also note the men's section here was solid. Other locations of theirs are sometimes totally lacking in the mens department.
Anyhoo, she walked me through every item they took, with a smile, and explained why they couldn't take anything that was passed on, which was helpful. All in all, I wish more folks at clothing boutiques exemplified such a professional demeanor. I've been to other locations of theirs where the young girls act like they're generally too busy or too good to talk to you.
Overall, this stood out as a very positive selling, and buying experience. They took my items that were in the best condition despite being some less common brands, paid me a decent price per piece, and I even found some Levi's denim in a weird color which is like hitting the lottery for me!

This store is fantastic. Large selection, great quality, clean dressing rooms, and great prices. Topping it off, it’s styled like a boutique. Can’t ask for more.

Friendly greeting when I entered the store. The store was very clean. All of the clothes are neatly hung amd organized. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Super easy and quick! I loved everyone I got to interact with, and had such a fun time shopping! While I do wish each item was worth more for either monetary or in store credit, I would recommend this store to anyone. I am happy to have a place like this to get money back for clothes I might’ve otherwise donated!
As an example, I traded in 7 items and got $25 for store credit use, but I am aware this is generous as they were older styles and more generic designers.
