I recently went into to set up a new line of service. I was in a pinch and needed a phone for my dad. He’s currently in the hospital and lost his original phone. I didn’t get there until 30 minutes before closing. Sarah was AMAZING!! I apologized for being there and needing so much before they closed. She was so helpful and patient and ended up staying an hour past closing time! She explained everything in detail and the best way to get what I needed. I ended up getting the phone set up for my dad and a new one for myself. At that moment it wasn’t about getting a new phone it was having piece of mind knowing that if I needed to get a hold of my dad or he needed to get a hold of me it was possible. I don’t think Sarah realized how much all her help meant to me this evening. I would recommend this store over and over! Thank you again Sarah!

The robo calls my father went to store to straighten out but after the visit double the calls come in to my father’s phone. For older or senior citizens, you would think of self and companied have little bit consideration about your customers. This year was a pacific thing that my father went up to try to straighten out and what did they do they just had two smiling faces to lie song just holding a bunch of bullshit. Got extra calls now. If zero was an option I’d pick zero.

Sarah was amazing and is a true asset to UScellular. I had multiple issues that were pretty complex and she handled them with ease. I especially enjoyed the fact that she wasn't in a hurry to get rid of us but took the time to ensure total satisfaction.
