They deserve zero star. Very rude and unprofessional. You arrive early and no one is by the counter to attend to you, then they show up late and tell you it's past the time for a work in. Then they lack the decency to even tell the story as is when other customers who can't understand why they won't attend to someone of colour asked questions. They just go ahead and lie about you coming late right in the presence of everyone who have been waiting in the queue before they showed up. What a waste of my precious time.

This place is a joke. The most infuriating thing about them is that they don't answer their phone, EVER. I think it just rings silently in some closet somewhere so they don't have to be bothered by it. So you're forced to haul yourself down there to gripe at them in person for undelivered mail and such, which happens more than it should. You better expect a field trip to the annex while you're there, it's their go to to shoo you elsewhere. I went in a couple days ago to ask about a package that says it was awaiting acceptance in the tracking for a few days at their location. They denied even having it and said to cancel the order and get a refund. It arrived in the mail today, miraculously.
Despite countless complaints we're still stuck with likely their worst mail carrier. Her latest kick is, instead of leaving someone's delivered boxes into our individually locking parcel boxes by themselves, she crams everyone's packages into them and you have to guess where yours is or if it's even there, unlocked and door swinging wide open. We had one in there for a few days and it got tore to shreds with our kids Xmas present inside (a nice wet Harry Potter book). This is because the locks froze shut on a cold day some weeks ago and this was obviously the best choice going forward. She's also been known to leave boxes on the ground and on top of mail boxes at our neighborhood mail box clusters. Of course they get stolen.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of our issues with them over the last 7 years. Unfortunately, we're stuck with them. I wish we could use the one in Sabraton that actually answers their phone and is helpful.

I’ve had several mail delivery issues where the delivery person claimed we weren’t home. I work from home and I have always been here when this has happened. Just now, an important, certified piece of mail was NOT delivered to me because “no one was available to authorize it.” We are literally sitting right here on our couch which is right next to the front door. So we checked the Ring cam to see if he ever even came by. Sure enough, he DID, but he literally tossed the notice into our box and left without ever knocking or ringing the bell. I’ve got it on video. Harder to tell in the pics but he walks up the steps, turns like he’s going to walk back down them, uses his left hand to open the mail box and drop the notice, and leaves. Literally 10 minutes later you can see me open the door to grab my notice of non delivery. PATHETIC!!!!
And why?!? Because it’s Saturday evening and he’s got plans?!? This mail requires a timely response from me!! This is LAZY and inconsiderate, and guess what?? Nothing will EVER happen. He won’t be educated or reprimanded, or anything at all. And all postal workers who want to take advantage of the fact that the government isn’t going to change this will continue to mis-deliver, NOT deliver, and even LIE about deliveries. There is no solution because the government doesn’t care.

Pathetic.
Those of you who have good experiences here, please ask them how they feel about lying about deliveries?
Not providing the basic functions they are paid for?
Opening later? Closing earlier?
Do they think this behavior will be ignored for much longer?
Many there seem to be working hard.
THIS IS A MANAGEMENT ISSUE!!!

I was afraid to come to this post office after reading such horrible reviews. I was even considering going out of my way to another one but since this one is so close I thought I’d come anyway. I’m glad I did! Every time I’ve been here everyone has been friendly and very accommodating! The place is clean and always stocked with whatever I need to send a package.
