I have never wrote a review before but these reviews are correct. The old guy up front is very rude at all customers unless they are a younger girl and it’s disgusting. I’m very disappointed they haven’t changed the staffing every time i have to return a package at this USPS site the service is awful. I wouldn’t go unless is last resort.

If you live in an apartment complex just forget even getting your packages because the mail man wiill put “front door or driveway was not accessible “ mean while if you live in a house or trailer they will put it on your front porch. I feel as tho I should get my packages just as everyone else does. I paid for the shipping, I shouldn’t have to drive to the post office to get my stuff. At that point give me my shipping fees back. Nothing was stopping them from coming to my apartment. The door to the mail room is unlocked and there’s signs that say which door to use. Pretty sure you have to be literate in reading to pass out mail but apparently that doesn’t apply to door signs. Do better. $59 in shipping fees and I have to go pick my stuff up myself. What a joke.

The older male made me feel so stupid for having concerns and laughed at me to his coworkers as I walked away. Rudest encounter I've had in a while. Left without shipping anything.

Staff is pretty unpleasant. Especially the older gentleman. He’s worked there for years and I’m not sure he has ever been pleasant. I’ve gotten treated like a high risk individual just for asking for international stamps, which in a university town, you wouldn’t think was a strange request. Staff is just not helpful here.

The people that work at this post office are mind bogglingly terrible at customer service and generally unpleasant to work with. Don't expect to be helped without being made to feel like an idiot.

As you can see from other reviews 1 star is really common for this place. I swear the 2 guys that work at this place are the rudest postal workers I’ve ever encountered. on multiple occasions they refused to ship my boxes because the label was the “wrong size” even when I know they’re lying because the post office on high street has no issues. Save yourself time and a headache and use the high street Post office!!

Oh, man, I thought I was the only one but apparently there are others. This office is the rudest post office that I have ever visited. There is this guy who is very, very rude. I would say extremely rude and unprofessional. This guy should not handle customers. Something has to be done with this guy. This guy makes his money by service customers and yet, he treats customers like shi*t.
