So after dropping a friend off at a drs appointment, I was in DESPERATE need of some chapstick (in sensory hell, iykyk). Anyway, I've had a rough week and for various reasons hadn't showered and didn't have a bra on; I'm not going into a store like that, friends, I was in ROUGH shape.So anyway. I figured that Walgreens has a drive through window. I told the lady I know this isn't what this window is for, but I just need some chapstick and have no bra on. This absolute ANGEL of a human obviously found my request strange, but still grabbed me some chapstick and let me buy it through the drive through.I hope I'm not getting her in trouble; but if she's reading this, A PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY and I will be forever grateful!

Poor customer communication. Pharmacy does not contact you if your prescription has an issue with being filled. Poor team communication as well. I called to check a prescription status and was told it would be ready that day at 10 am but when I went to pick it up 2 days later they had not filled and it and did not contact me telling me there was an issue. It is an absolute waste of time getting my medication at this location.

Made appointment to get my COVID vaccine. When I arrive asked info for registration, then I was told they did not have the vaccine in stock. I will never shop at Walgreens again! CVS you have my business. Walgreen incompetent?

I went there yesterday evening to pick up some infant Tylenol for my granddaughter. It is hard to find around here. We called several places, and they were the only ones to have it. The pharmacist put it aside until I got there to pick it up. I had some follow up questions about dosage and finding other things that the little girl needed. Everyone from the counter to the pharmacist's office could not have been nicer.

I almost never write reviews, but I'm so appreciative of the Pharmacy Tech that helped me yesterday I figured I should. I felt terrible and had to get a prescription filled(last thing i wanted to do) and while they were a bit behind on getting the scripts in, they worked as fast as possible to get everyone's orders done. It's flu season folks, bring your patience lol. What really made my day was when one of the ladies realized I didn't have insurance, and used a discount that saved me $60! I wasn't expecting that at all, and while I may not have looked as pleased at the time due to being sick, the gesture warmed my heart and kept my wallet a little bit heavier. Just wanted to say thanks to the Pharm tech who gave me that discount and to everyone else working hard to keep our local pharmacy running!

Avoid this pharmacy like the plague! I tried speaking with the pharmacist about picking up a prescription and he couldn't even make eye contact with me.I will never give walgreens another cent of my hard earned money.

FedEx person is very rude. Didn’t feel like talking to him any longer looking at the way he communicates. Went to a different store and the service was great.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! I made 3 trips there and they didn’t do their jobs. Didn’t call my doctor and I am still waiting on the 4th day for my prescription. Rude service too! No help at all and looks like I am not getting my prescription.

Came here yesterday took some money out there ATM I told the lady at the Register that I wanted to put money on my card she took every bill I gave her at check it out talking about it's not you but someone gave us fake money I felt real uncomfortable because i come here almost everyday before I go to work and never had this problem

These are the most incompetent people in Morgantown. I placed an order through the Walgreens app for same day delivery due to a broken ankle. They give no indication they use doordash for this delivery service. My Oder was not delivered and no one will give me a refund. Doordash says it's Walgreens responsibility and Walgreens says it's doordash that needs to refund me. This is a JOKE and Walgreens at Chestnut Ridge Rd location are full of incompetence unparalleled. They are children not adults running a store This is a disgrace and I have called BBB on them both. Don't not use Walgreens for anything

I fully understand that this location gets busy. Especially in the actual "pharmacy" I realize at times when it is busy, the staff may tend to "rush" through customers. That is totally acceptable, as long as the issue at hand is resolved. It is NOT acceptable to see issues left blatantly ignored. I can only guess that the majority of the Pharmacy staff lack the necessary educational qualifications to work in a pharmacy. It's either that or they're dense. I doubt that's the case, so I'm going to go with "lacking proper educational prerequisite" That's a scary and irresponsible thing. I recommend finding another pharmacy. CVS across the street isn't much better, but at least there they've got half an idea what's going on.

What an absolute joke of a pharmacy. They cannot compete with their rival CVS. Took 10 hours to get a simple antibiotic filled. Walgreen’s apparently doesn’t take one of the largest Healthcare Insurance providers in the US, Blue Cross Blue Shield. They rarely have meds in stock. Often takes days to fill prescriptions. After most recent trip we switched all meds to CVS.
