I have no idea what these other negative reviewers are referencing. This center has been a fantastic place for our children to grow up. The leadership has been responsive to our needs from the get go, and always willing to listen and make any adjustments if we have any concerns. The teachers care about the children and they know our kids like they are their own. We are unfortunately moving out of state and wish we could take this entire childcare center with us, along with all the staff. They are just wonderful. Would highly recommend this place to any parent.

Do not believe the other reviews of WVU CLC. We have had nothing but amazing experiences here and are so sad that our journey in Kprep is coming to a close. Erika, Ava, Cortlee, Zora, Elysia....and soooo many others have given so much love to our daughter. They give updates through the My Bright Day app that puts me at ease. I get to see what my daughter does throughout the day through pictures and videos! What a dream. We have felt so safe here!!! I would recommend this center to anyone. ❤️

Hold onto your hats because we're about to take a nosedive into the cesspool of chaos known as the WVU Child Learning Center. If you're seeking a childcare facility that excels in incompetence, mistreatment, and enough drama to rival a soap opera, congratulations – you've hit the jackpot of parental nightmares.
Let's kick off with the staff – a motley crew of misfits who seem to have stumbled into childcare after failing at every other career path. It's as if they hired them based on who could fail a basic competency test the hardest. Qualifications? Experience? Ha! Who needs those when you can barely manage to tie your own shoelaces?
And don't even get me started on the level of neglect. Expect your child's needs to be treated with all the urgency of a snail crossing a marathon finish line. Kids left to fend for themselves while the staff indulge in gossip sessions that would put a reality TV show to shame. It's like they're too busy perfecting their drama-filled lives to remember they're supposed to be caring for actual human beings.
And as if all that wasn't enough, let's talk about the management – or lack thereof. They're too busy burying their heads in the sand and pretending everything's rainbows and unicorns to actually address the dumpster fire that is their childcare center. It's like they're playing a game of "how long can we ignore the glaring issues before it all comes crashing down?" Spoiler alert: it's already crashing.
In conclusion, if you have an ounce of concern for your child's well-being – or your own sanity, for that matter – run, don't walk, away from the WVU Child Learning Center. This place isn't just a hot mess; it's a Chernobyl-level disaster waiting to happen. Your child deserves better, and so do you.

Moving from out of town and then having to trust word of mouth of other folks here in WV has been the worst idea when it came to this daycare!A lot of people send their kids here and I have no idea why. I guess because there isn’t a lot of options in this small town and it’s in a pretty centralized location for easy access to work.I had one of the worst experiences when it came to the head staff with communication as well as his 2 year old teacher. My son had the runs and pooped all over himself and his sheets and no one even notified me until I got there and he wasn’t feeling good. The teacher says”we didn’t notify you because all of the kids have runs and it must’ve been something they had this week for snack or lunch.” Like it wasn’t a big deal. Then he had the runs for two weeks straight after that. He was out for three weeks and no one called to see if he was okay, coming back, literally nothing! Something could’ve happened and they didn’t care to check on anything whatsoever. We were also told we’d be called back about some issues we had with some billing stuff and it’s been a whole month and a half without anything being updated or anyone calling us back telling us if we’d be okay or not(talking to multiple managers and sending emails) with them not even speaking with one another like they said they had. My heart is super sad that these people are able to run a daycare and be so careless. There has been multiple other parents that have said the same things around town but no one writes reviews for future people to look at or know. They also don’t have ANY cameras and when we asked why the upper management said they don’t plan on ever getting them because there is a lot of “pros and cons”. Not being able to refer back to something incase of an incident was worrisome to me. I don’t have all day to go on about the other issues we had but I just want to put out there that this was the worst decision we could’ve made. I’m so frustrated with the place.Very unhappy with the outcome of this place. Do not recommend

They do a great job taking care of and educating young children. The facility is clean and secure, the teachers are great, and the curriculum is engaging.
