Just an FYI, if you’re sick and need groceries for your kids, you’re better off just to go in the store and spread your germs, otherwise, you’ll receive rude, impersonal comments from the grocery pickup employees, who are worried about the fact that you’re sick and wearing a mask, but not wearing a mask themselves.
Won’t be returning to Kroger Suncrest ??

By far the worst supermarket I have ever shopped at. Shelves EMPTY daily. Looks like the store Has been pillaged on a daily basis. Cannot get even the smallest of things like a gallon of water for days.
Management is awful, always has excuses instead of being a manager and taking the lead and rectifying situations. Meat and seafood section closed for days. It’s a pathetically ran store.

This place actually makes me mad. I find it odd that they can jack up the prices, actually double the prices verses Walmart. I get we live in a college town, but this is getting out of control. I always buy Farm Fresh Mozzarella sticks. The same brand, the same amount, and Kroger's was at $13.99 then they just raised it again to $14.49 but yet at Walmart, same brand, same amount and it's $10.38. I understand prices are going up, but before they even went up, Kroger's was 10 times more expensive then any grocery store in Morgantown. Price gouging is what it is. It actually baffles me how much more they charge than other grocery stores in Morgantown. Price gouging should be illegal. Kroger's items are no better then any other grocery store. Same brand etc.
This place is always so busy, I only shop here if I absolutely have too. Busy isn't the word for it, but I find it odd, that so many people shop here knowing they price gouge.
And to the Karen/Ken that decided to take up two spots today Jan 15 2021around 12:30pm, when there was absolutely not one parking spot left, I hope you get stuck in the snow. To feel so entitled that you can take up two spots, knowing how busy this store is.

Doesn't enforce mask wearing. Employees are often found not wearing masks properly or at all. Employees are rude when this issue is brought up, despite it being health regulations and governors orders.

I love that it is a big store with just about everything and I hope our new one in Clarksburg is like this one when finished.

The service I received was so unbelievably rude I had to look up the store just to write this review and warn other customers. There is no sense of customer service or respect at this place whatsoever. It's appaling what employees at this facility get away with telling the customers. And it saddens me to see other reviews stating the same disrespectful treatment.

Made a 6pm appt with Kroger pickup. Showed up at 6pm and at 6:10 they came out and said they were waiting on refrigerated goods and it would be another 30 mins. Have my newborn in the car with me and can’t believe this BS. Meanwhile 5 cars that arrived after me are being loaded with groceries. Hey Kroger, the store isn’t so big that it takes 30mins to grab some milk. Quit lying to your customers and own up that you can’t keep your word and honor your scheduled appts.

I was just in the store yesterday. Masks are required for employees. How do I know? I asked.

I do NOT appreciate being called "STUPID" by a kroger employee, simply because I was wearing a mask in the store yesterday! I am an asthmatic CANCER PATIENT, and I already have a cold. Not only was I trying to protect myself because this virus could be absolutely detrimental to me, but protecting others that may be high risk from catching the cold I have. It was around 7/7:30 pm. I was standing in the Easter section when this white bald male, age around 36 to 45, height arou

It’s positively absurd on a Saturday morning that there was only one lane open and the rest were self checkout. I would far rather pay for cashiers than the wonky, slow self checkout lanes.

Best store in Morgantown!
