This pharmacy goes above and beyond for our little one. They carry a med that is not local to me that she needs and they fed ex out here to our location. The staff are always super nice on the phone. You all are fantastic!

This establishment is absolute trash. Ridiculous. Horrendous. Let me just detail you this… an adult goes in to get surgery who is told they must leave all belongings with the person who brought you (wallet, phone, etc). Once they release you from getting your tonsils cut and burnt out, you must go to the pharmacy for your pain Rx. You have no voice, no ID, and no money so they won’t give you the pain pills. They also won’t transfer pain pills to a different pharmacy after being prescribed. So how is one supposed to get pain pills post op? You don’t because they won’t allow the person who brought you to get pain pills for you either even a parent because you’re over 18. Please. Please tell me how this works? As an adult getting tonsils out, I thought o was going to die. Still couldn’t talk until I was out of pain. Thanks for nothing WVU.

The pharmacy staff is alright. But I've been trying to be patient with the fact that they have a new computer system. You STILL cannot reach them by phone though and have to now physically go in the hospital- which can put yourself and others in danger of getting sick!!!!

Probably the worst pharmacy in Morgantown. The people who work there seem to rotate so frequently that no on knows what is going on. It is never easy dealing with Medical Center Pharmacy for anything.

Ruby Memorial Hospital is by far the worst hospital in the area! The care that we have received here over the past 3+ weeks has been beyond terrible. If you’re pregnant and thinking about having a child here, DON’T! WVU medical staff including only the doctors, is fine; it’s the support staff, nurses, clinical assistants, etc. that make your experience at Ruby the most horrendous you will ever experience. Think about that. How often does the doctor actually stop by? Once a day for 5 minutes? The rest of your stay, minus those 5 minutes a day will not be worth the care you or your loved one will receive at this hospital! After this experience this month, it makes me cringe knowing they’re adding a children hospital to Ruby. I’ve seen how they work and it’s a pure shame.

absolutely amazing hospital. they have the best pediatric cardiology surgeon in the world working there. Dr. Guss saved my son twice! he can do what I honestly believe no other doctor could do! he is the most humble and caring doctor I've ever had the honor of knowing. he wants absolutely no recognition for his work, he only wants his heart babies and children to survive and live a full and healthy happy life. I owe Dr. Guss my life, he will probably never see this and even if he did he wouldn't want the recognition, but Dr. Guss, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for giving me my world. I could never repay you for what you've done for us. we truely do love you! THANK YOU DR. GUSS! AND THANK GOD FOR DR. GUSS! Ruby Memorial Hospital WVU Medicine, you truely do have a miracle worker in your presence!
