I bought a car from Auto Choice 10 years ago. It got smashed over night 3 months later. They offered me my next car with a trade in value, even though I didn't have a trade in. I ran it for 10 years. I just purchased a Chevy off them this week and Larry was great to work with. I highly recommend Auto Choice. They are great people.

I have purchased several....If u know me...u know I mean several.....cars from here. ALWAYS BEEN MY GO TO. TO SAY I CAR SHOP IS STUPID...I WAIT TILL THEY GET WHAT I WANT.... And I walk away with it the next day....Everytime. great job Larry Moore. I appreciate all the hard work.

I would not recommend them. I bought a car from them in July 2023 from their moundsville location and there were engine stalling problems in August and then Sept they claim they couldn't find any codes and in Oct 2023 the turbo and engine failed with just 59K miles on the car and I was told it would cost over $8,000 to fix and was forced to give the car back to the lender. I would advise caution on them and I will not trust them for anything.

I will never deal with a different dealership other than Auto Choice. Their customer service is matchless. They are knowledgeable, fair, kind, and honest.You won’t be disappointed!

Bought a 3 year old Ford escape here and got a good trade in value for my old Ford ranger. Easy to deal with and had several vehicles in my range to choose from.

They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here from buying my car to going for a simple oil change. Everyone in the Service Department is always helpful.

Still waiting 6 months on promised 2nd key.The single key now says low battery, what's that a reprogram too scammy anymore.Edit- re program when they take the battery out will be 400+Edit 2021 - checy equinox less then 30k miles.John Hunnel still waitingnoncall back " you said you'd " get right on it" 2 weeks passaed - nothing 6 cars bought down there 100k+

When my boyfriend took my Escalade ESV for diagnostics, the coolant fans were running continuously. They claimed that the system needed bled and the code needed cleared. The problem came back a week later. Now they claim it needs a thermostat and a coolant sensor, but they can’t confirm the parts are actually bad and need replaced. Since we aren’t going to buy parts that we don’t need, we went to pick up my car. When we got there, they asked my boyfriend to not leave bad reviews if he’s going to continue to do business there. He made it clear to them that he would never be back. What’s the point of paying a diagnostic fee if they’re not going to actually diagnose the problem? They just want to throw parts at vehicles and take your money.

Complete scam artist. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Go In for an inspection sticker and they lie about all kinds of problems, took the car somewhere else and it passed without question
EDIT: State officer (DMV rep) was present at the next place I went to. Passed, I mentioned that Auto choice said my tires needed replaced, they laughed!!
