This places return policy is a joke. I purchased a new game on the first of the month. I take it in the manager of both the moundsville and highlands location was at the store. I found out that my son already had the game, we went in to exchange the game still new never opened. The manager takes the game and receipt while we are shopping. We pick out more than the amount of the return take it to the registers. Then after 20 minutes of helping my kids pick something different out. The manager says he cannot return or exchange the brand new game because it is two days after the exchange period. GameStop has a 15 day return policy where you cannot even get store credit after this or return it at all. This will loose a lot of customers especially when I was going to buy other things because my kid had the same exact game I had purchased as a gift. He called his district manager who says the same he cannot bypass it. They tried saying that the computer is locked by general office. lol what a joke. I will buy everything online because this place is a joke.

Went in to trade in a controller still in the box (that was on the website). Was promptly told it wasn’t in their system because the BOX wasn’t in English but the controller is the same. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Asked to speak to a manager and was refused.

I picked up a Funko pop that I purchased online and the two folks at the store were very helpful getting my pro points used and saving a few dollars. Nice selection of collectibles and games.

When it comes to helping out customers, you won't find a more patient and attentive manager than Jared. The guy is the model employee that you could only hope to find in a retail store. His attitude translates to the other employees as well. I understand Gamestop's reputation has deteriorated over the years, but this a model store and definitely doesn't apply to the stereotype.

As a mom of a boy that loves videos games and know nothing about them, most of the employees very helpful. He has a PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Oculus and switch so needless to say we go there a lot... They never get annoyed with all my questions, and i feel they never try to over sell to me.

Jared at the Moundsville GameStop is an absolute rockstar at this store. He has gone above and beyond every single time I come in with my son. He has made sure to get me the best deal, and painstakingly explained how to acquire and utilize the technology I do not understand. This guy is amazing and deserves a raise , and a promotion, (and a medal for being able to make what is essentially Greek to me understandable) Has the patience of a saint and is always helpful, every single time. This is our only stop for everything related to gaming, Pokémon, and gift cards- and it’s because of Jared we always return!
