If you go to this store you better pack a lunch there is usually only one person working the store and you will wait over an hour. And if you need to return something and the box gets lost or destroyed they will send you on your way and tell you “hopefully it will just start working”

Came in and there was only one person waiting on customers with a salesperson dealing with a customer and a man and woman waiting plus another man and I waiting. After no we will be with you I just left. You would think a busy place would have more staff

Sara, the store manager, made the transition from AT&T to Verizon smooth. Much easier than simply getting an upgrade on a phone when I was with AT&T. I really dislike AT&T. DYI: If you cancel your account with AT&T, heck, even if you cancel your account because you died & show them a death certificate they're still going to take $ from your linked card because AutoPay still takes operates. Even after you cancel the deceased's account. Even after you confirm with a death certificate, plus a call to question why money was being taken out, TWICE. Twice I called with zero answers. Luckily my mother kept the same password for everything. I was able to log into her canceled account somehow, and see that AutoPay doesn't Auto Shut Off once you die and cancel your account. Rant over. Go Verizon!

I went in to get a new phone and to be added to my Aunts plan. Shane was excellent. Talked to me about different phone options and watches. If anyone needs to go to Verizon go see Shane at the Moundsville store in the plaza with Kroger. I'd recommend Shane in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend the customer service experience here! Shane, the store manager, is very informative and tech savvy. He makes sure the customer is fully take care of before leaving the store. If you want the VIP experience, go see Shane!!
