They should have someone that you could speak to 24/7 like they used to with the online banking, but they don't any longer. So when you can't get into your account you have to wait till they open. It's very inconvenient. You can't even change your personal identification number through the automated.

site is difficult to use on a iPhone. web site isn't much better. not user friendly.

I work with this Bank often have never had any issues .They are quick courteous, go out of there way to help!!
