The vehicle arrived quicker than expected, and was detailed and waiting the day we arrived to pick it up "in" the showroom. We ran into some issues with paperwork because we had to lock our credit report recently after an attempted identity theft which took a lot of time on the phone for them and us. “Took my Forester in for an inspection this morning and to get a burned out headlight fixed. Excellent communication about what needed done and cost. In and out quickly. I’ve been using this service department almost 4 years and have always been pleased. Clean waiting area with drinks and snacks too which is a very nice touch.”

I received my car back today. I’m amazed at the job that they did. Couldn’t even tell there was any damages that was on there before also did an amazing job at matching up the paint. “The only place in the area that will take insurance claims with Allstate or any of its subsidiaries. The person that hit me had an Allstate affiliated insurance and I couldn't find a place in Buckhannon that would accept the work as soon as they found out who the insurer was.Great service, weekend drop off was very convenient. Was updated regularly with pictures as the vehicle went through the stages of repair. They said it would take two weeks and that's when I got it back.I also left a jacket, boots, and various items in the passenger seat. They were neatly folded and placed when I picked up. Nothing to do with the quality of repairs, but I was impressed they were neater than I'd left them.Rear bumper and hatch were crumpled and it looks like new now. Would use again.The only downside was a 3 month wait for appointment, but I can't fault them for that because it was the same story with every other garage.Services: Painting”
