My chain on my necklace broke and all jewelry stores were telling me it would be over 2 weeks and I was hoping to find something quicker to have it fixed before I left for vacation. I brought my necklace to him Monday and he said he would try to have it done by Friday for me. I received a call from him Tuesday! The very next day he had it fixed. It looks great!
