Horrible customer service told us we needed 30 gallon tank to keep angel fish so I got the 30 gallon next day I come back to get the fish they say you have to have a 50 gallon atleast for angel fish never will be back….

Nail tech identified as shekina by ast manager Rebecca advised a grooming client today that her puppy that she just adopted from us may have parvo. Said she used to be a vet tech. The puppy had zero symptoms. It was 15 degrees today, puppy had just left its siblings, had gotten car sick as it was the 2nd time ever in a car and had never been in a public place. Spoke to Rebecca I was advised the puppies heart rate was low. What? They have stethoscopes? My vet did when she checked the puppy and heartrate was fine. Puppy wasn't excited and was stand offish due to being a baby and several happening . Do better when teaching your nail techs. If they don't feel like doing their job that day don't allow them to misdiagnose an animal and scare an owner and then back them up.

I want to say this store deserves 5 stars and the guy Brandon who got my goldfish for me did a lot with helping me out with what I need for the goldfish and all. He really was professional and if I could of gave him 10 stars I would of and PetSmart's fish look so healthy and the tanks they keep their fish in and other animals they have are extremely clean and well taken care of. I definitely will be back here if I buy anything else.

Some of the people who work here really love animals & are just awesome. There are also some who are totally dialing it in as a day job & dgaf about much of anything.Don’t buy the boxed crickets. They’re often 50% dead. Their prices on other live insects are also quite high, but it’s the only game in town besides Pet Supplies Plus, and most of those guys are not very helpful at all, despite my preference for supporting small businesses. I slightly prefer Petsmart as a local supplier of reptile food if only because several of their employees are these bright enthusiastic rays of sunshine wonderful enough to blazingly overshadow the super lame tepid ones. And you can often get live pinhead crickets here, if you don’t mind them being mixed in with small crickets.
