Nichole is absolutely amazing, she takes her time tries her best to find the right jewelry to your liking. She took care of the sizing and had the 3 pieces of the 10ct diamond 💎 back in less than 2 weeks. Nichole is an asset to Zales and will always continue to get out jewelry there as long as she is there.

A great place to shop engagement and other gifts. The folks at the Crossroads Mall Location in Mt Hope, WV are awesome and Manager Nichole very helpful. Lisa is a wonderful sales person.

All the girls at Zales are amazing!! They take care of my jewelry as it’s their own! Polite, helpful, and always there to address my concerns! Recently I had a concern regarding my ring when it was shipped out for diamond repair and Nicole was quick to find out what was going on and ease my anxiety! My ring came back quickly and they called as soon as it came in! Thank you girls for making my experience a great one!
