Not a fan- use to shop here a lot. Employees taking smoke breaks while customers are manning the store. Folks running the store don’t help- they are actually quite rude. Now they check you out on the self checkout registers and hover while inputting pin info- it’s not right.

We used to come here all the time cause it’s close to home. Whenever we just needed to pick something up quickly. We will no longer be going there until they either get more registers that people can actually use, without them hovering over you at the self checkout. They are now checking people out at self checkout. Meanwhile while doing it they’re making customers say their information out loud. While we were checking out they were actually watching my mother enter her PIN number on her card. My mother turned the pin reader over so she couldn’t see and she finally looked away. And the woman in there named Timber is never nice. She’s actually quite terrible to customers, and her employees. You can’t expect someone to check people out without giving her the information to do the job. I just don’t understand why everyone is being affected by others actions. Catch the thief’s, but they can’t do that while sitting in the office not doing anything, or smoking outside. You’re supposed to get limited smoke breaks at work. But it seems here they’re outside everytime you drive by. And they won’t come in until they are done, not because you know a customer walked in.

They hire people, tell them they're doing a great job, talk nonsense behind their backs and then fire them an hour before their shift. Complete bogus. The person Ik did a fantastic job their first couple of days. No wonder why there's rumors that this place is closing down soon

Like everything in WV, it’s the worst of the worst. Their registers almost never work correctly, if you need some help, better call the fire department cause there is usually not an employee anywhere to be found. I stand in line for 10 mins waiting and people can’t get checked out. They just put down their stuff and leave. It’s the WV service industry.. may as well just go to Family Dollar! They Carry all the same cheap junk and there are human employees who do jobs to ensure people can actually buy goods
