I have had issues receiving my bill.Received a double bill and I tried calling to pay over phone. Don't have the previous bill. Left voice-mail. Never pick up the phone!

They have not picked my garage up now for 2 weeks. This had happened now twice in the last month. I have no where to put my garbage. I call and get no answer, and when I do they promise to call back, but never do. They have tried to use the weather for an excuse, but the roads are fine. I guess I might have to change garbage pickups to another company.Service: House & garage cleanouts

Always willing to help in office they take my garbageSometimes I had bad driver pick up because of who the pick up guys socializing with but for the most part I have no complaints don’t judge company on a few bad lazy drivers that need weeding outclike any bad employee they have always been willing to help with billing to keep there customers my experience they were there for me helped me

I worked for this company before and they told me the customer service and satisfaction is always top priority. We had them for a while and when we first started recieving pickups they would rip the bags and then leave the trash in the can. When i called to complain about it, their response was to tip our can upside down, leaving the trash under the can in front of our vehicle which resulted in a flat tire we had to replace. Since the regular bags would rip, we switched to contractor bags to help with the bag issue. We only filled them half way and our 6 year old son could pick them up. But theor response was that they wont take contractor bags because they are too heavy for their workers to lift. (A 6 year old might be stronger than some grown men) so we cancled service. We were also told a month ago, when we were starting to remodel that all wood and items had to be in a contractor bag.. So the contractor bag thing was the idea of nc sanitation to fix the not bagged issue. So i wouldnt recomend nc sanitation to anyone. And i know nc sanitation will try to say something like they constantly tried to tell us they dont take contractor bags because they were too heavy for their workers.. But again, they were light enough a 6 year old could take them to the side of the road.

Worst trash company in the area. Countless issues regarding trash pickup. They would say one thing one week. Then the next say something else. Finally canceled service after countless times of trying to resolve the issue.

We used this company for nearly 18 years. Whenever they would miss our pickup, we would call, and every time they told us the truck goes very early so you probably missed it. I put my trash out the day before, but still they give that excuse before getting any details, but they would come get the trash. A few week ago they missed our whole street, probably due to weather. When I called to find out if they were picking up later in the week, I was told no. I told the lady if this is the service i can expect, I will probably cancel my service, she said "I can help you with that right now". SO, the only thing the office staff handles efficiently is losing customers. A week later they lost my business account as well. Keep up the good work and soon you will have no customers to complain about anything. You will have nice quiet days in the office.
