Our New Haven post office, are awful to me and my wife. We get package’s set through ups truck with our physical address address on it but for some reason they take them to the post office and those women are so rude to us with how they talk then on top of that they always send our packages back to sender because it doesn’t have a P.O. Box number, they won’t understand that some of the places we ordered from won’t take a physical address. I talked to ups and they told me that the driver can drop them there if they can’t find our place. The sad part is we’re a small town with a small post office where we’re supposed to be friendly and neighborly towards each other. Instead of them sending out expensive stuff back and making us go through all the hassle or not getting our product period won’t they put it in a locker and be decent to us. They know us we’ve been here for years. But I’m not the only person they’re rude to they do that same thing to the mayor and his wife. So much for a small town with good people and pride!

Lisa is very helpful and nice, she should be in charge of the post office. Whoever the new girl is she is untolerable. She needs to go.

Postmaster is very rude and unhelpful. I requested her to please put my items in a locker due to I can’t make it there during open hours. She basically told me no.
