Bought a 2023 Can am Maverick a week or so before Memorial Day to ride, found it was not charging.Called and was told they couldn't check it for a couple weeks .No help from them at all.Called a dealer that we did not purchase from, said bring it in and they would put it on machine to check it, Regulator was bad, Battery had been charged many times so they knew it wasn't charging.The other dealership gave us a regulator off one they had to get us out Riding for the weekend, Mind you we did not purchase from them.Very poor customer service , would not buy from them again

I purchased a Honda motorcycle from this dealership back in February of this year. Never received the title in order to put tags on it. Called several times without success. Finally went into the store and all I received was another paper that is useless to get a title for tags. Poor customer service...I would not recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed with my experience of dealing with New Martinsville Powersports. I purchased a used Honda Talon back in November. I was told it was run through the service protocols and it was all clear with no issues, even though it sounded very loud and we had to wait a few days to take posession of the machine. We were assured this was just the noise level of the machine.Approx 4 months later I go to trade in the machine at another dealership. Prior to trade they ran it through their service and it FAILED inspection. $2000 worth of mechanical issues. They assured me there is NO way our usage of approx 100 miles caused this. They showed me the dirty fluids from the Talon, let me hear the terrible noise it was making and said there was no way it was fully serviced before it was sold to me.Extremely disappointed that I should NOT have trusted the small town dealership. Extremely disappointed I got stuck with a 2k bill for repairs on a machine that I was assured was serviced before it was sold to me.Be very leary if they tell you they've serviced your machine!

My wife left a review and was not treated professionally. We have video of how we drive and of the sound from the rear diff. We took lots of videos from when we rode and it always had a winding sound from the rear. Also my family that have been riding with us. Also have statements and invoice where we traded it for the repair. It is also sad that you mention the side walks in new Martinsville. Those are not yours they belong to the community. Your customers. West Virginia people are some of the nicest I have ever met and to talk about the condition of where we live and shop is in poor taste. Not to happy you kind of make yourself out to be a victim and small business. Do you not own several stores, and a couple of other businesses? Maybe you should take a picture of your house and show your customers the sidewalks in front of it. I'm sure you wouldn't like people to know how well you live with the hard earn money we give you. I will be contacting the brands you sell and let them know how you treat customers. Pretty sure they do not want you selling things with issues and making there brand looking bad. No effort was even made to call and provide customer service. You rather just call her a liar, and then talk bad about our state and community that we are proud to be part of.

I would highly recommend these guys. Mike and Zack are great guys and treat you like gold. I drove 3 hours to get my new 2021 can am maverick x3 turbo and they was nice enough to hold it for me till I got there. Thanks a lot guys and please hit these guys up if you want a bike because they don’t joke around….

Mike from the New Martinsville location is hands down the best. Bought a new 21 maverick sport 1000R 4 seater with a single phone call and about 10 minutes at the dealership. Now the deal is done and even gets sweeter.....Mike has arranged to have my new machine delivered, I live 230 miles away! What more could a patron ask for? Thanks again Mike. My business will always be with all seasons and yourself.
