I never know where my mail will end up or whose mail I'm going to get. If you have more than 1 package being delivered, my delivery person will delivered 1 package and then say there was a problem delivering the other!!! What? They need to get their act together.

Did a transfer of mail...but instead of transferring my mail, they have returned all my mail. My social security, my medical insurance cards were all returned to sender....and when I filed a complaint, post master lied and said my mail was delivered, which is a bold face lie.

Fix your automated phone service or answer the phone! There’s literally no way to get to a real person and get any answers! This is sickening
