“Small local post office to get your mail and other post office needs. They don't always have enough money to cash money orders which is understandable because it is not a big city post office but the staff is friendly. If you in the area and need PO box or other post office needs you can't go wrong with this place.”
“I went in for an issue with certain packages being delivered to my house.
My issue is with the United states postal service in general and has nothing to do with the post office in New Richmond.
Can't lie I was a jerk when I went in there this morning. The lady I spoke to was very professional, understanding, she listened and was kind the whole time. The post office in New Richmond gets five stars from me, my issue is with the Saint Paul distribution center.”
