poor experience in the past when dropping off a package and buying stamps, employee was rude and left a poor impression. i now go out of my way to go to any other post office instead of this one.

They keep marking our packages as attempted delivery around 9:30am everytime we have a package. We don't get any of our mail. The only way we can get our things is if we physically go there and get all our mail/packages. Im getting tired of driving up there because someone refuses to deliver anythingto our place. You know, their literal job..

HORRIBLE post office. No way to contact them. They don't answer their phone. No way to inquire about packages that have no been delivered. If I could rate them a -10 i would!

I had received notification my package was delivered on 12/24. It wasn't. I went to the post office 12/27 to inquire. Everyone was courteous and helpful, including the Postmaster. She stated the package was misdelivered and it would be retrieved.I found it the following morning in front of my garage door, in the snow. That is the only reason for 4/5; otherwise I've never had issues.

Worst delivery service I have ever had was when I moved to New Richmond. Can't get mail delivered. Says package ready for pickup yet can't do that either. Maybe supervisor should do the route! This is 3 days in 10 no mail! Actually would give 0 stars!

Informed delivery and I get half of it 5 days later, if at all. Get mail for other people all the time. So, I'm sure ours goes to other people also.

This office does a fantastic job with the cards they've been dealt, there would be a couple days where I don't receive my mail, but understandable since they are so short staffed. A clerk gentleman explained to me that even post master and supervisor are on the street delivering, thanks for everything you do shout out to the post master Sue and the blonde supervisor lady.

I am fully aware that USPS drivers cannot deliver when a dog is unleashed in the yard. I saw the USPS driver drive by and I put my dog inside. It was not our usual mail-woman. USPS then drove by my house another 4 times, and did not drop off my mail or packages. I have informed delivery and was expecting time sensitive mail and packages. This was very upsetting as I put my dog inside and the driver continued to drive by my house and not deliver mail/packages.

I usually like this place but the last time I had a package I was shipping out that had fragile stickers all over it. The lady grabbed it and threw it behind her into the bin. I sure hope it is not damaged now. Very upsetting.

I've mailed several packages at the New Richmond Post Office and the clerks have all been professional. Packages are delivered at my door if they don't fit in the mailbox. Thank you and keep up the great work!

The older man at the counter is a bit odd, but hey aren't we all? I always get done what I need to get done and I appreciate that we have a post office in town.

The postal worker keeps putting packages in my mailbox that are too big. I thought it stopped but now it happened again. So either they get stuck in the mailbox or it’s so big that they can’t even close the door so anybody could steal my things. Last week it was two packages that stuck out by many inches and the door could not close and it was pouring rain. I live in a rural area and anyone could easily steal it. I called to let the post office know that I was not OK with this and they kind of blew me off and tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I did try to accommodate by having a very large mailbox but not all packages will fit into it.
