First time going today and at no point was I ever made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. Great energy, amazing full body workout and will definitely be going back!

Very patient, kind, friendly non judgmental environment not to mention it’s fun I sweat more here in 1 hour than I ever have at the gym I would recommend this to anyone wanting exercise
