3 days in a row that FedEx has put out updates that packages was on the delivery truck and all 3 days were no truck no packages what is the deal? I know weather for one but break down in communication upon FedEx part big time !!! unacceptable!!!!!

I don’t understand how UPS has no problem finding my address but FedEx cannot? I’m my opinion, your drivers are just lazy. Every single time I get a package from FedEx I have to fight to get it. This time, on my Birthday nonetheless, I had to drive an hour to pick it up (despite paying $60 in shipping) because they said the package was 90lbs and they couldn’t drop it off at an access point. There is no way a small twin size blanket was 90lbs. I drive to pick it up here, and the box was the size of a Cheerio box and weighed less than 5lbs. I will NEVER purchase another item that ships with Fedex. This business is a scam and your workers are lazy and worthless. I will be reporting this to BBB and I’ll also be disputing the shipping charges from seller considering I had to drive an hour to pick up this package because your company can’t seem to find knowledgeable drivers who can’t type a address into google maps. ?

Employees could care less where they drop your items despite the huge shipping fees. The 800 numbers never get answered- all you get is run around for hours. My address was changed without my notification or permission - I had to pay a young man to pickup a large item for me 25 min. From my house. FedEx never offered to rectify their issue, gave me a bogus reason, and they refused to refund any of the shipping fees. Why should I pay for shipping when the item never reaches me!?!? Why am I considered the bad guy because I expect my items to be shipped to the correct address!?!? Society is out of control!

I ordered my package from Walmart almost a week ago and it was supposed to be here in two days when I first ordered it but now it’s been 5. Was supposed to be here 12/12 now it’s 12/17 and there has been ZERO attempts made, it’s just been sitting in this Charleston facility for a week now. Thanks fed ex those are Christmas gifts. I would of never chose to ship through you but I guess you are who Walmart ships through. Ups is way better I would of had my package by now. I didn’t even wanna give a one star review. I have seen and heard of many people angry with your service and when I called about my package he said he was going to file a claim but wouldn’t tell me what that does or how that helps so still unsure about that. I will be making a call to you guys later today because I am highly up upset and I don’t want to have to make the drive to your facility being it’s an hour away from my house but I may have to considering you guys do nothing to keep happy costumers. Honestly wish you guys would go out of business
