Customer Service is horrible and they charge to cash a paycheck wrote from their bank. I simply stated that the bank I usually went to didn't charge the $10 fee because it was a paycheck and wrote from their bank. She said well that's a different bank and maybe you should've went there...Wow the rudeness when she says I don't care who comes through the door they're paying the fee....

Every time I would go there to make deposit for as little as 40.00 they would ask for identification. Like I'm going to put money in someone's account other than mine. They never seemed to have sufficient help and it takes longer than normal to transact business. Hadn't been there until today in over two years. While in waiting in drive thru person helping questioned the account. I gave her a deposit slip with the account number on it. It took more than 5 minutes and she came back asking more questions. Finally I explained it was a church Sunday school account. She still didn't look like she understood. Finally I told her just give it back to me and I will will deposit it at another customer friendly branch.I then took it to the South Charleston branch and got it deposited in a simple transaction. What's with the Nitro branch that they act like the police in such a simple transaction? I will never go back to that branch.

Always the friendliest staff, never a long wait and always helpful when I need to make change or do an odd deposit. Highly recommend this branch.

I called regarding my elderly father with debit card pin assistance at this branch, clay was wonderful, polite, and understanding. He and his associate (didnt get her name) at the counter inside helped us out tremendously. Thank you!

Tired to set up a new account after they closed one due to no activity during covid and were so rude told me I shouldn't be banking and that I had no use for their bank I had my direct deposit set up for the account they closed so now all my money is up in the air until I make a new account so the screwed me and they dont care not one bit

Friendly folks at this banks and also at the in Barboursville. It must be a good program and the people they hire do their job with professional decorum. Sometimes the ATM isn’t functional (out of money?) and software corrections on weekend nights. I’m happy with their service!!!

Tried to go and get change, $1 $5 and Q,D,N,P a bit ago and they refused. Told me they could not give me change what so ever. Its against their policy. I have to open a bank account with them. Shameful. Well when the people of Nitro WV comes into the store for change and I cant give it to them, I will be sure to tell them, their local Bank refused to give me change, so I can give them change. I am a small business owner. I do not make much money myself. Therefor I REFUSE to open a bank account with you, since your fees and rules and regulations do not meet my needs as a business owner. So thank you, thank you for showing me, your not a community bank, nor are you people friendly, whom refuses customers, regardless what it is they need when coming into YOUR bank. I will take my business and everything else, elsewhere. You have also showed me, how not to be with customers. I'll stick to my WOODFOREST and make the extra 10 min trip to go to them for what I need and get good service.

Usually get good service. My only issue is the hours of operation. I can never get to the bank except on Saturdays now because they close at 4 during the week. How is that convenient for your typical 9-5 person

Friendly I guess. They are slow though. Then again I've never been to a Huntington Bank that wasnt.
