See You Out Here™ The Pilot Travel Center in Nitro, WV is described as an old and small but clean facility with lower gas prices than other nearby stations. It has a small restroom, and the exit is used by both trucks and cars. However, it can take too long to make a left turn to get back on the interstate due to a lack of a signal at the exit. The location is nice, and the store is clean and attached to an Arby's restaurant. The staff, including a security officer, are helpful and professional, assisting with finding parking spots and waking up a sleeping driver. The showers are also reported to be clean with good water pressure.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pilot. The staff were lazy and unhelpful. I paid for a reserved parking spot, but when I arrived there was no space available. Meanwhile, they allowed trucks without payment to park for free. Completely unacceptable.
