It has a small restroom, and the exit is used by both trucks and cars. However, it can take too long to make a left turn to get back on the interstate due to a lack of a signal at the exit. The location is nice, and the store is clean and attached to an Arby's restaurant. The staff, including a security officer, are helpful and professional, assisting with finding parking spots and waking up a sleeping driver. The showers are also reported to be clean with good water pressure.
This location put a $247 hold on my credit card for a $30 gas purchase. The charge rolled off and everything was fine for me, but that's diabolical. Be aware. I won't use a Pilot again.
