“I was in need of a storage unit so I went online, made some phone calls and of course all I could get was a call-center. I was inquiring about a particular storage unit that I pass very often in Nitro West Virginia. To my surprise I received a phone call right away from a very pleasant young lady ready to help me. I was invited to come in right and away and view the units they have there. When I got there, that’s when I met Halley. She was smiling, warm, and very happy to help me. She was also very knowledgeable of that facility, as well as others that she managed for the owner. It was a very clean very well taken care of place of business and seemed very secure. It makes all the difference when you talk to someone so sweet and helpful. I sure hope the owners realize what an asset Halley is for them.”
