Fully agree with Jonathan (5 reviews from 8 months ago) - Giovanni's Pizza was a horrible experience. They are REALLY slow on FOOD. What the heck is these peoples problems. They are unable to engage in what I would describe as basic service. I ordered food from them and - I don't have the exact amount of time - but about :45-:55 minutes to be responsive. I am tempted to call up their management and ask why they can't provide the services I expect from them. Really frustrating

Took 2 hours and 57 minutes to get my food and I live 11 miles away. Takes me 15 mins to get there driving under the speed limit. Beyond pathetic I even asked how long for delivery was told less than a hour. Me nor my company will never order from here again. They just lost 200+ a week from my crews and me.

Come on. You all have to do something about this. Definitely not using enough dough to make your pizzas. They are stretched so thin you can almost see through the crust. It’s been like this for awhile now and I’m just tired of seeing it. Stop trying to save a buck and add some more dough to the crust. Your stretching it to thin. In the center of the pizza the crust is almost non existent.

I order from here quite a bit… at least I did. What ever you do don’t order a salad or a drink if you are having your food delivered. You won’t get it. This makes twice this week my order was wrong. Twice they forgot my salads and drinks. Today’s order only took an hour. The other days order took two and a half hours!!! That’s ridiculous!!! even though their food is great,I doubt I will order from there for a while. I don’t recommend having your food delivered from here.

We are at this restaurant every time we are in town. Their pizza is great! I would eat it every day if I could! My huaband loves the baked spaghetti. This is a very casual place where you can come in off the trail and get a good meal. The staff hustles to get food to guests when things get busy but they are also so helpful and polite. Keep up the great work everyone.
