I ordered a watch, to be delivered to the store. There was an error in the delivery address for the store, and UPS didn't have the ability to correct that error, only ATT could do that. Was in contact with the store multiple times during the day to inform them of what needed to be done. Noone could be bothered to make the quick phone call to handle the issue, and now my watch is currently marked return to sender. Not pleased with this lack of customer service. The customer service person at the store had even told me the UPS delivery person tried to give him the package, but he refused to accept delivery.

David is a great manager who cares about the customers. He will make sure he does everything he can to help you out, and will point you in the right direction if its something out of his realm of expertise. A++

David was incredibly helpful! He was so friendly and easy to get along with and took his time helping us choose a phone plan. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and really took his time in regard to getting us a great deal on our phones. I definitely recommend!

It was bad. Still no cell service. It has kinda put me in a bind. I am going on a trip with and do not have a way to keep in communication. I hope an emergency does not arise. The person that helped me at the store was of no help.
