I walked into this place to buy coolant for my car. They have very friendly stuffs and atmosphere. Sherri is a wonderful person among them. She walked me several times to the end of house to help me to get my purchase and showed me the room I need to use. She also gave me a pair of gloves and paper towel when she heard I want to do this job by myself outside.
I have been used several AutoZone Parts shops in my state before but this one, AutoZone in Oak Hill West Virginia, is the best. I wish all the stores, not only just auto parts, have their service quality. Then the whole world will become more beautiful.

I had my car break down while away from home on a trip through the area, and the employees of this store, Amos and Sherry, were incredibly helpful in identifying what was wrong and getting me the battery I needed, cleaning off the old one and taking it, even getting wrenches and other tools to remove and put the new one in for me. Overall great experience! :)
