Do not attempt to try and use the $50 coupon for transferring a prescription. They keep the coupon but you don't get the credit on your account after they assist you in transferring the prescription. It was zero dollars at cvs and $12 at krogers to fill it but considering the $50 coupon I proceeded with the transaction. It's just a scam to get you to buy at their more expensive pharmacy prices. I called customer service and received terrible service. Definitely don't recommend this scammer.

Need your prescription filled in under 4 hours? Don't go here. Unhelpful pharmacist refuses to answer simple questions over the phone. Avoid at all cost. There's plenty of better options close by.

Great service and friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long for my sons prescription to be filled.

The cashier, Cassie, was exceptionally rude and seemingly irritated to be working on a Sunday. When dealing with sick people, employees are expected to at least adhere to simple manners. After saying thank you and getting an eye roll, I left wanting a new pharmacy. I am rarely sick, and dealing with people who have chosen the wrong profession only make everyone else more miserable.

I’ve always shopped Kroger ‘s. Their service is immaculate. Especially the pharmacy who takes care of all my prescriptions.

Never felt so unwelcome in any store. This Kroger is constantly putting out new stock and filling Clicklist orders, but at the expense of constantly shoving past customers in the actual store. Sometimes I think they forget that we're going to buy things too....if we can reach around the cardboard boxes and people stocking, and not getting run over by Clicklist carts. Excuse me does not make it ok to reach in front of me or push me past what I was looking at, or move me or my things out of your way so you can reach something that could have waited five minutes. Also, if you're going to clean the ladies room, put a sign up!

So disappointed that things have went down hill. Not only was I given the wrong products on my click list but the substitutions were given at the wrong price without my coupons. This is just today's problem. Just gone down hill and have received the last of my money.

Don't go here if you have a sinus infection. I asked for Sudafed and was treated like a CRIMINAL for the rest of the interaction. I realize there is a drug problem but this was horrible, condescending customer service. The pharmacist asked which type of Sudafed I needed. I asked about my options and she yelled from the back "We're out have a nice day". I said that I need something for allergies and a sinus infection to which she responded " You need to find out exactly which kind of Sudafed the person you are buying this for wants" I explained that Sudafed was the only thing that helped my sinus infections. After accusing me several times of buying for someone else, she walked away. I asked if I needed a perscription and a pharmacy tech finally sold the medicine to me. I have used Kroger pharmacy for years but will be taking my business elsewhere.
